A weekend of yoga, nature, and relaxation at St Nectan's Glen (this weekend has now sold out!)

What better way to enjoy a yoga weekend and summer solstice celebration away from the bustle of daily life.  Here you will feel peaceful and at one with nature at this magical and sacred venue.  St Netan's is a haven of tranquility between Boscastle and Tintagel along the breathtaking North Cornish coastline.  Our retreat occupying 2 lodges rests at the sacred waterfalls edge nestled in the tree canopy. Your journey will start with tranquility  as soon as you arrive with a one mile walk along the riverbanks to the foot of the waterfall.  All your luggage will be transported and waiting for when you arrive at the lodges.  Your car safely parked at the entrance to the Glen.

This is a exclusive retreat, taking a limited number of guests to keep this weekend magical.. We will occupy "The Retreat" woodland lodge with beautiful open plan living space, that sit above the tree line and the majestic waterfall.

During our weekend we will enjoy soul warming walks, outdoor yoga, campfires, and a relaxing zen garden new for 2020. Yoga will take place in the studio set amongst the tree canopy, and outdoors subject to weather. We will have access for guests only to a private area above the waterfall for mindfulness and meditation.

This weekend will be fully catered for by St Nectan's Glen's own chef who will cook for us delightful home cooked wholesome meals, meeting all dietary requirements during your stay.

Both myself and  your yoga teacher Sara will be teaching and offering massages during the weekend.  Details and timetable to follow.

As we have the luxury of daylight, there will be 4 main yoga seasons during the weekend, 3 optional sessions including outdoor yoga and meditation practice, a guided walk to Tintagel via the beautiful rocky valley and breathtaking Cornish coastline

Yoga timetable

Claire"s passion for yoga  at this majestical and spiritual location will be shared with you all during the duration of the stay with her own Chi style holistic hatha practice.  Even if you attend regular classes, a yoga retreat is time to reconnect and enjoy a deeper practice.  Finding the space and taking the timeout from routine.

Joining Claire will be Sara Hurst.  Sara also completed the same training as Claire where they became great friends sharing their love of yoga.  Both your teachers are fully qualified holding a recognised 500-hour training diploma with the Devon School of Yoga.  Sara is a wonderful reflexologist, and Claire a aromatherapist.  Sara shares the same holistic and mindful approach to yoga practice as Claire.
