Indian Head Massage

A massage technique that originating in India, has been a way of life for thousands of years. It features in the earliest Ayurvedic text which dates back nearly 4000 years.  Indian head massage has an important medical function helping with headaches and tension, yet more importantly it delivers mental clarity, and a wonderful sense of wellbeing. The therapeutic effects last long after the treatment has been carried out.  This is not just a massage for the head, its beneficial for the neck, upper shoulders and back too.

Claire your therapist, has been trained by Jenny Blake, and holds a recognised diploma. Jenny was trained by Narendra Mehta who originally introduced the technique to the western world when he came to England from India in 1973.
